Overview

The Echo Unmanned Drone LED Strobe is a compact, wide-input-voltage LED strobe designed for UAVs and drones. It supports multiple lighting modes selectable via PWM signal, making it easy to integrate with any flight controller.
Specifications
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Input Voltage | 5–28V (2–6S) |
| PWM Input | 1000–2000 µS |
| Peak Current | 600 mA @ 5V (full power flash) |
| Available Colors | White, Red, Green, Blue, Orange |
Lighting Modes
| Mode | Description |
|---|---|
| Off | LED is in idle off mode. No pattern is being produced. |
| Static | LED is on indefinitely at reduced brightness. |
| Strobe | Quick flashes with a longer break between each set of 3 flashes. |
| Blink | Longer flashes with an equal length of time off between flashes. LED is at reduced brightness to avoid overheating. |
| Rotating Beacon | Gradual increase and then decrease in brightness with a quick flash at the peak. There is a break in between each pulse where the LED is off. |
| Heartbeat | Gradual increase and then decrease in brightness with a break in between. Similar to Rotating Beacon but without the flash at peak brightness. |
PWM Mode Selection
The lighting mode is selected by the PWM signal input (1000–2000 µS range). Map your flight controller's PWM output to the desired mode using the table above.
- Compatible with: ArduPilot, PX4, and any FC with a standard PWM output
- Connector: Standard servo/PWM connector
